My love for junk journaling, what's in mine, and journal prompts/inspo

I love junk journaling because it’s a perfect escape that allows me to relax and focus entirely on the process. It’s a creative outlet where there are no rules, just the freedom to arrange things in my own way. It’s therapeutic! Once I’m immersed in it, my mind isn’t preoccupied with anything else. Plus, for someone like me who collects literally everything and can’t throw anything away, it’s a great way to give those bits and bobs a sense of beauty and a place to shine. Vintage stamps, pretty swing tags, and other tiny treasures come together to tell a unique story in my journal. It’s all about finding beauty in the small things.
